The Inter-School Storytelling Competition at the Kidwai Cancer Institute in Bangalore, hosted by Presidency School Bangalore North, was a heartwarming celebration of courage and resilience among cancer survivors. The event featured talented young storytellers from various schools, who shared their unique narratives, filling the atmosphere with emotion and admiration.
The morning included beautiful musical performances by the school choir and solo artists, alongside captivating dance routines, including a special performance by Samaira and the troupe FIR – Friends in Rhythm.
Special guests, including cancer survivors and judges Ms. Corrine Antoinette Rasquinha Founder of White Doves, & Mr. Girish R Gowda, International Kickboxer & Mountaineer, were honored by Dr. Nafeesa Ahmed, Director, Presidency Group of Schools and Dr. Angelo Michael D’Cruize, Academic Director, Presidency School Bangalore North for their contributions.
The award ceremony recognized outstanding young storytellers, celebrating their talent and creativity. The event showcased the power of storytelling, music, and dance in inspiring hope and resilience, highlighting the strength of the human spirit.
